We have performed Quality Control and Assurance for The Barton Center of Excellence, the Barton Parking Garage, and the Barton Memorial Central Utility Plant Increment. The projects consisted of the construction of a two-story steel framed building with an approximate 15,000 sqft concrete slab-on-grade first floor; a three level pre-cast concrete parking garage with an approximate 38,900 sqft concrete slab-on-grade first floor; and the construction of a two-story masonry building with an approximate 4,200 square foot slab-on-grade first floor. Other projects included an MRI Room, OR Room Replacement, Pharmacy Remodel, X Ray Room Replacement, and CT Scan Room Replacement, as well as numerous associated secondary site improvements, such as construction of underground utility installations and pavements.

Our team provided materials testing and special inspection services during each phase of new construction. Earthwork observation and testing services have been performed during all site grading, utility trench installation and retaining wall construction. Special inspection services ensured Quality Control of all structural concrete, structural masonry, and structural steel, including verification and testing of rebar, grout, high-strength-bolting, and expansion anchors.
