The estimated completion date will be the spring of 2021. The project includes construction of a new 65,000 square foot, two-story steel frame building on the 8-acre site located at 4640 Sparrow Drive. Structural improvements will include a relocatable student care building. Site improvements include concrete masonry retaining walls, hard courts, play fields, underground utilities and pavements.

Youngdahl Consulting Group, Inc. has been involved in providing environmental, geologic and geotechnical consultation for the Folsom Ranch area since 2007. Work to date includes, multiple Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments for the region. Youngdahl also prepared geotechnical engineering studies for the overall residential development and surrounding infrastructure. Youngdahl is currently the Geotechnical Engineer of Record for the elementary school site and is providing all necessary geotechnical, special inspection and materials testing services required to develop the school site.
